Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using SolidStudio's services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SolidStudio. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using SolidStudio's website, games, applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, players, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. By creating an account or downloading any of our games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
SolidStudio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. The date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you via email or through a notice on our website or within the game. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree that: • You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA). Users under 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. • You will maintain the accuracy of your account information. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. • You will notify us immediately at support@solidstudiogame.com of any unauthorized use of your account. SolidStudio reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its sole discretion.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. • Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional material. • Impersonate SolidStudio, its employees, or other users. • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services. • Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the Services. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its related systems. • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services. • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
SolidStudio is committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban: • Using hacks, cheats, bots, or any third-party software that modifies gameplay or provides unfair advantages. • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain. • Account boosting, win trading, or match manipulation. • Purchasing, selling, or transferring accounts. • Using macros or automated input devices to simulate human gameplay. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any game client or server software. • Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks against our game servers. SolidStudio employs anti-cheat technology to detect violations. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including without limitation issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or pursuing legal action.
The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, characters, storylines, software, and code — are owned by SolidStudio and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without authorization. • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. • Use any game assets, characters, or content outside of the game without permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by SolidStudio.
SolidStudio respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content on our Services infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information: • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. • A description of where the infringing material is located on our Services. • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email). • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized. • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. • Your physical or electronic signature. Submit copyright complaints and DMCA notices to: support@solidstudiogame.com We review valid copyright complaints and remove infringing content within 48 hours of receiving a complete notice. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Our Services may allow you to submit, post, or share content such as usernames, profile information, game reviews, screenshots, or comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you: • Grant SolidStudio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Services. • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content. • Confirm that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. • Agree that your User Content does not contain offensive, harmful, defamatory, or illegal material. SolidStudio reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice. We do not endorse any User Content submitted by users. Community apps — public content: some of our apps allow you to post publicly visible content (such as chord charts, lyrics, comments, or other community submissions). Where an app offers such features, the following additional rules apply: • You may only post content that you created yourself, or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and posted content may be visible to other users immediately. • There is zero tolerance for objectionable content, including content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. • Every piece of user content includes in-app tools to report content and to block other users. Content that receives a high number of reports is automatically hidden pending review. • We act on reports of objectionable content and eject the users who provide it, typically within 24 hours of becoming aware. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban users at our discretion. • To report content or a user, use the in-app report and block tools, or contact us at support@solidstudiogame.com.
Our games may offer virtual items, currencies, cosmetics, or premium content for purchase ("Virtual Goods"). By making a purchase, you agree that: • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or our Refund Policy. • Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. • Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of SolidStudio. • SolidStudio reserves the right to modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time without liability. • Prices are subject to change without notice. • You are responsible for all charges made under your account, including unauthorized purchases. For users under 18: parents or guardians are responsible for all in-app purchases. We recommend enabling parental controls on your device. All payments are processed by secure third-party providers. SolidStudio does not store payment card details.
From time to time, SolidStudio may invite users to participate in beta testing of new games or features ("Beta"). By participating in a Beta, you agree that: • Beta content is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or instability. • Beta content may be significantly different from the final released version. • SolidStudio may discontinue the Beta or change Beta content at any time. • In-game progress, items, or currency earned during Beta may be reset before or at launch. • You will not publicly share, stream, or disclose Beta content without our written permission unless explicitly stated otherwise. • Feedback you provide during Beta may be used by SolidStudio without compensation or attribution. Participation in Beta does not guarantee access to the final product.
SolidStudio reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: • Violation of these Terms or our community guidelines. • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. • Using cheats, hacks, or exploits as outlined in Section 5. • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without valid reason. • Inactivity for an extended period (accounts inactive for 2+ years may be deleted). Upon termination: • Your license to use the Services is immediately revoked. • You will lose access to all Virtual Goods, progress, and account data. • SolidStudio is not liable for any loss resulting from account termination. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@solidstudiogame.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. • Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the Services. • Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Services are free of viruses or harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk. SolidStudio does not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolidStudio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services. • Any other matter relating to the Services. SolidStudio's total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid to SolidStudio in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Please reach out to support@solidstudiogame.com before initiating any formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in the Vietnamese language, under the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court for matters involving intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law. For users in other jurisdictions, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SolidStudio and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: • Your violation of these Terms. • Your User Content. • Your use of the Services in violation of applicable laws. • Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including our compliance with GDPR, COPPA, CCPA, and Vietnam's data protection laws. These Terms also apply to our mobile applications and games distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. • App Store: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and SolidStudio only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. • Google Play: Your use of apps obtained from Google Play is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. • In-app purchases: purchases of virtual items or subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store. Subscriptions with a free trial automatically renew to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. • Your use of the App must comply with the applicable app store's terms of service and usage rules.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SolidStudio regarding the Services. • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. SolidStudio may assign its rights and obligations without restriction. • Force Majeure: SolidStudio shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or internet outages.
